This Starbucks has the most amazing cashier woman! I think she's new but she has such a great personality and made my day! Also, the Starbucks is very clean and the drive through is efficient

Out of Earl Grey tea. Seriously? How do you run out of a staple such as that? London Fog is a very popular menu item, but with no Earl Grey, no London Fog. Pathetic management... seeing this way too often at Starbucks around the country.

I was hesitant to write this because I come here daily but man oh man this place has gone downhill in speed.
I have been coming here everyday for over a year since they opened. It's part of my morning routine so I had the time allotment down to a science on my way to work. The past three weeks has been insane here. What used to take 4-5 minute max at the drive through for a simple iced coffee...Now has taken 13-15 minutes no exaggeration. Who has this extra time in the morning on their way to work?
Sure, I love to get the extra steps in and keep moving but the wait inside hasn't been any more efficient. Let's be honest... coffee is a commodity and the efficiency aspect was a reason I was coming here daily.
In the time it took me to get my coffee today, I was able to check in here, write this review on my phone, and Amazon Prime myself some KCups. -

Amazing service! Went to a different Starbucks and they completely messed up order.. didn't notice until on the highway so we stopped here and they were so accommodating and friendly! Will be back for sure.
Ps. Was told I look like Miley Cyrus by employee, which I appreciated greatly :-) -

I frequently attend this Starbucks location for my coffee needs! Service is usually quick and quality of drinks is always spot on. I really like the staff who work here-- very friendly and patient. I sometimes do work at this location on my laptop-- WiFi speed could use some work but nice atmosphere to get some work done. Sometimes when I do mobile orders they don't have certain drinks or sandwiches. They will usually offer an alternative if available.
